The Syrian Army is moving to split up the areas controlled by the Turkish Army in Northern Hama, including the areas used for Turkey’s monitoring as the Syrian Army continues advances in the Southern parts of Idlib.

A Syrian Army military source said that the government forces have targeted the terrorists’ military positions in the town of al-Tamaneh East of Khan Sheikhoun from their positions in Tal Sakik in Southeastern Idlib.

The source also pointed to the Syrian Army’s efforts to take full control of al-Tamaneh town in Eastern Khan Sheikhoun in Southern Idlib, and said that other units of the Syrian Army are advancing from al-Hobait town towards Kafar Ain town in Western Khan Sheikhoun.

He noted that if the Syrian Army makes advances from both directions and the government troops meet each other in Khan Sheikhoun, the terrorist groups stationed in over ten regions in Northern Hama, including the city of Mourek which is an area under Ankara’s control, will fully come under the Syrian Army’s siege.

Idlib

Several senior terrorist commanders of Jeish al-Ahrar were killed by the Syrian Army in Southern Idlib.

The sources close to terrorist groups announced on Thursday that during the Syrian Army’s military operations in Southern Idlib, Jeish al-Ahrar’s chief commander Abu Mosaeb Tunisi, special chief commander Abu Satif al-Baneshi and commander of Jesish al-Ahrar’s operations room in Southern Idlib Abu Qatadeh al-Homsi have been killed.

According to Fars News Agancy, the Syrian Army has tightened its siege on terrorists in Mourek, Kafar Zita and al-Latamaneh and drive a wedge among several more regions in Northern Hama after making massive advances in Northern Hama.

Meantime, the Syrian Army dispatched massive military equipment to Southern Idlib as Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) experienced a heavy defeat in failed attempt to regain control of the regions they have already lost to the Syrian Army.

The battlefield sources in Northern Syria said that Tahrir al-Sham terrorists conducted a fierce attack on the Syrian Army’s military positions in the town of Sakik to East of Khan Sheikhoun in Southern Idlib.

The sources pointed to heavy losses inflicted by the Syrian Army on the terrorists during clashes with them, and said that the Syrian Army destroyed a bomb-laden vehicle of Tahrir al-Sham terrorists which was moving towards the Syrian Army's military positions in the town of al-Tamaneh and their bomber drone in the town of al-Jisat in Southern Idlib.

They said that the Syrian Army has dispatched massive military equipment comprising tens of vehicles and military equipment as well as reinforcements to Sakik to fortify its positions after warding off the terrorists' attacks.
