Rasa – The leader of a Hungarian right-wing party says that Islam and Muslims have had a great affect on his personal life and counts many Muslims as his friends.
Leader of Hungarian right-wing extremist party praises Muslim nations

Rasa News Agency reports – The far-right parties in several European countries have at least one thing in common: their support of Islamophobia. However, the leader of the Hungarian far-right extremist “Jobbik” political party has surprised Europeans with his rare and nusual perspective on politics, especially in regards to his support for Muslims.

Most right-wing parties in Europe strongly disdain the growing Muslim minorities in their countries, but Vona separated himself from these groups. Jobbik is seen by its opponents as a neo-fascist, neo-Nazi, anti-immigration, racist and nationalist party, much like other right-wing European parties who are strongly against Islam, as they see it as a threat to their vision of a historical Christian society.

“We’re not coming to Turkey to build diplomatic and economic relations, but to meet our Turkish brothers and sisters,” the leader “Jobbik,” Gábor Vona said in a meeting with university students in Turkey during a recent speaking tour of colleges there.

He emphasized several times in his speech that Islam is the last hope for humanity in the darkness of globalism and liberalism and stated hat “there is only one culture which seeks to preserve its traditions: it is the Islamic world.”

Vona praised the personal friendships he has enjoyed from various Muslims and the affect Islam has had on him throughout his life, ncluding a Palestinian who attended his wedding as a guest.

He also stated that Turkish society is based on the love of family, ospitality, and respect for traditions and said that Turkish culture s a model for how Hungary should be.
