Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.
Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.
Aleppo
The ISIL terrorists are present in areas controlled by the Turkish Army in Northern Aleppo, the Kurdish-language media outlets said.
The Kurdish-language Hawar News quoted local sources in Northern Aleppo as saying that the ISIL terrorists are stationed in Ankara-controlled regions in Northern Aleppo under names of terrorist groups backed by Turkey.
The sources released a photo of ISIL flag mounted on the vehicles of a member of Shohada al-Sharqieh which is affiliated to Turkey in the city of Jerablus is Syria, and said that the Ankara-controlled regions in Northern Aleppo have turned into safe zones for the ISIL terrorists.
Deir Ezzur
Differences emerged between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Riyadh after a Saudi minister entered Eastern Syria and tensions increased between the Arabs and the Kurds.
The Arabic-language al-Akhbar newspaper quoted different sources as saying that the SDF commanders are displeased with the meetings held between Saudi Minister for Persian Gulf Affairs Thamer al-Sabhan and Syrian tribal leaders and the head of Deir Ezzur civil council on the tribes' demand for the withdrawal of the Kurds from Deir Ezzur and delivering its control to the locals.
They added that the Kurdish commanders believe that these meetings have decreased the power of Deir Ezzur's civil council and they have asked their forces to cancel the missions ordered by the council.
Al-Akhbar confirmed that al-Sabhan's visit to Deir Ezzur and his meetings with a number of political, military and tribal figures were in line with restoration of special forces affiliated to al-Qad stream under the command of Ahmed al-Jaraba and their merger with Deir Ezzur military council affiliated to the SDF.
It added that one of the goals of the recent moves by Riyadh in Eastern Syria is creation of a military power against Syria and the resistance forces in case of non-collaboration by the US-backed forces.
Idlib
Turkey has equipped Tahrir al-Sham (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) terrorist group with the US-made drilling vehicles to build underground tunnels under the supervision of its former Saudi commander Abdullah Muhammad al-Muhaysini.
The Arabic-language website of Sputnik news agency quoted local sources in Idlib province as saying that recently Tahrir al-Sham has received 8 drilling vehicles through a businessman in Turkey and transferred them to several regions in Khan Sheikhoun in Southern Idlib and Kafr Zita, al-Latamineh and Sahl al-Qab in Northern Hama.
They added that Tahrir al-Sham intends to build underground tunnels like what existed in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus with the aim of reinvigoration of its positions in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib fronts under the supervision of al-Muhaysini.
The sources also said that a delegation of foreign engineers from different Arab countries as well as construction experts and the terrorists who had earlier been transferred to this region from Eastern Ghouta collaborate in the operations.
