RNA - The US Army troops helped a military convoy of the ISIL terrorists to get out of the Eastern Euphrates and reach areas under their control in Raqqa province, media reports said on Wednesday.

Raqqa

"A US-led coalition military convoy helped a group of terrorists to be relocated to Northern Raqqa City from Ain Issa military base in Deir Ezzur," the pro-militant Smart News website quoted Asayesh Kurdish forces as saying.

It noted that the military convoy comprised of two trucks packed with the ISIL terrorists and 12 US military and armored vehicles, adding that there was no immediate report on the exact number of the ISIL terrorists relocated to Raqqa.

Meantime, the Syrian Democratic Forces also announced that some 1,500 to 2,000 ISIL terrorists have been moved out of Eastern Euphrates.

This is while the US-led coalition and their allied militants are preparing to declare end of the ISIL by helping out the ISIL terrorists from Deir Ezzur province.

Also on Wednesday, the Syrian army discovered over 30 dead bodies from the debris of the buildings destroyed in the US-led air raids on Raqqa city and mass graves of ISIL's victims, media reports said.

"The dead bodies of at least 10 Syrian victims who had been killed in the US airstrikes last year were discovered from buildings in al-Adkhar, al-Bayatareh and al-Haramiyeh districts of Raqqa City," media activists said.

They also said that the corpses of 23 victims massacred by the ISIL were retrieved from Fakhikheh mass grave South of Tale al-Ba'as Garrison in Raqqa City.

Aleppo

The Turkey-backed militants resumed attacks on the Kurdish fighters in the city of al-Bab in Northwestern Aleppo after Ankara threatened to launch military operations in Eastern Euphrates.

The Ankara-backed militants pounded the Kurdish military positions from the village of Ouleshli in Northeastern Aleppo.

The Turkey-backed forces also hit the Kurds' positions in the town of al-Bavihij West of al-Arimeh in Eastern al-Bab which resulted in fierce clashes between the two sides.

This is while the Turkish Defense Ministry in a statement announced that preparations are still underway to launch major military operations against the Kurds in Eastern Euphrates in Northern Syria.

Idlib

The Syrian Army pounded and destroyed a command headquarters of Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) amid fierce attacks by terrorists on their military positions.

The Damascus Army attacked the terrorists' military positions and movements in al-Habit and around Babilon town, destroying a meeting of militant commanders and killing all those present at the venue.

A military source also confirmed that the Syrian Army troops have destroyed a command center of Tahrir al-Sham together with several military vehicles in Harash Abedin town in Southeastern Idlib, inflicting heavy casualties on the terrorists.

In Northern Hama, the Syrian Army troops engaged in heavy clashes with terrorist groups who had concurrently attacked the Syrian Army's military positions near the town of Mahradeh and the al-Jadideh town in Northern Hama, inflicting heavy losses on the assailant terrorists after warding off their attack.

Meantime, the Syrian Army troops attacked the terrorists' military positions in Tal-e Shaviheneh, Kafar Hamreh and Haritan in response to their attacks on the civilian population in al-Zahra, al-Mokambo, al-Shahba al-Jadideh regions in Western Aleppo.

Homs

People stranded in the Rukban refugee camp in the US-controlled zone of Syria get less than 5 liters of water per person per day. This is barely enough for cooking and drinking, and insufficient for proper personal hygiene, the Russian and Syrian Joint Coordination Committees for Repatriation of Syrian Refugees said in a statement released by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Behind the camp’s wall are reservoirs with a volume of 210 cubic meters, into which water brought from Jordan is filled and then distributed among the camp’s residents. Simple calculations show that each resident can receive no more than 5 liters of water per day. That is not only barely enough for cooking and drinking, but also insufficient for washing and doing laundry, which leads to unsanitary conditions," the defense ministry stressed, TASS reported.

That said, US-backed militants from the Maghawir al-Thawra ring, (aka the Revolutionary Commando Army) disrupt water deliveries to the camp, criminally using it as a bargaining chip for blackmailing and profiteering purposes. Furthermore, burial sites and garbage dumps that dot the area close to housing locations are worsening the already dire humanitarian situation in the camp.

The defense ministry pointed to the persistent shortage of food, warm clothing and medication in addition to the poor sanitary and epidemiological situation. Refugees suffer from exhaustion, acute intestinal diseases and infections.

The Rukban refugee camp emerged on the Syrian-Jordanian border in 2014 after Amman closed entry due to security and economic concerns. The area, which is controlled by illegal armed gangs, is facing a severe humanitarian crisis.

Two mobile checkpoints (Djleb and Al-Ghurab) for refugees leaving Rukban located within the 55-kilometer zone around US al-Tanf military base have been functioning since February 2019.
