A number of Damascus Army troops were chemically injured in terrorists' toxic gas attacks on their positions in Southern Idlib over the past 24 hours in an incident that could push the war to another level.

RNA - "The terrorists attacked Sham al-Hava region in Southeastern Idlib with missiles armed with toxic gases, injuring two Syrian Army troops in the chemical attack," the Arabic-language service of Russian Sputnik news agency reported.

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over the past 24 hours.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

Idlib

Several Syrian Army troops were chemically injured in terrorists' toxic gas attacks on their positions in Southern Idlib on Tuesday in an incident that could push the war to another level.

The Arabic-language service of Russian Sputnik news agency reported that the terrorists attacked Sham al-Hava region in Southeastern Idlib with missiles armed with toxic gases.

It noted that two Syrian Army troops were injured in the chemical attack.

Deir Ezzur

Several more people, including women and children, were killed and wounded in the US-led coalition air raids on civilian neighborhoods in Southeastern Deir Ezzur.

The residential areas in the outskirts of the town of Baghouz Southeast of Bu Kamal in Southeastern Deir Ezzur near borders with Iraq were pounded by the US-led fighter jets, killing at least 20 civilians, including seven children and several women, as well as injuring many more, local sources in Deir Ezzur said.

Meantime, many houses were also destroyed and the region's infrastructure also sustained a lot of losses.

Quneitra

The Syrian Army troops are standing on alert along the borders with the Occupied Golan after Israel's tank, missile and drone attacks on Damascus government forces' military positions and a hospital in Southern Quneitra Province.

Israel conducted several missile and tank shelling attacks on the Syrian Army's military positions in Tal al-Zohour in Jbahata al-Khashb, Tal al-Doraya and Tal-e Khaled in Quneitra province.

Following the attacks, the Syrian Army is standing on alert behind borders with Occupied Golan.

Meantime, an Israeli drone also targeted Quneitra Hospital and a security point with four missiles in Quneitra Province.

According to Fars News Agancy, the Israeli attacks have reportedly left material damage and no casualties were reported.

The Arabic-language service of Russian Sputnik news agency, meantime, reported that Israel fired nine missiles from its positions in Occupied Golan towards Jbahata al-Khashb jungles, agricultural lands around Khan Arnabeh and the positions in Mana lands.

It pointed to the rising tensions in a region between the Syrian Army's military positions and Israel in Golan in Southwest Syria.

Hama

The Syrian Army heavily pounded the military positions and movements of Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay'at terrorists (the Levant Liberation Board or the al-Nusra Front) in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib after warding off their offensive.

The Syrian Army attacks came in response to Tahrir al-Sham terrorists' attacks on their positions in the surrounding areas of Mahradeh town in Northern Hama.

In Southern Idlib, the Syrian Army's artillery and missile units targeted and pounded the terrorists' movements in al-Habit town, inflicting heavy losses on the terrorists after fending off their attacks.

Meantime, other Syrian Army units engaged in heavy clashes with members of a terrorist group who were trying to penetrate into the Syrian Army positions from the town of al-Khovein in Southeastern Idlib.
