The Damascus Army has prepared to enter Manbij in Northeastern Aleppo over the past 24 hours as Turkey threatened to occupy the strategic town.

RNA - Tens of military vehicles, carrying the Syrian government flags, along with hundreds of forces, including special forces and presidential guards, have been stationed in the towns in Southern Manbij, the Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper reported on Thursday.

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over the past 24 hours.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

Aleppo

The Syrian army is preparing to enter Manbij in Northeastern Aleppo as Turkey threatened to occupy the strategic town.

The Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper reported on Thursday that tens of military vehicles, carrying the Syrian government flags, along with hundreds of forces, including special forces and presidential guards, have been stationed in the towns in Southern Manbij.

It added that the move is in line with army's preparation to enter Manbij and prevent the Turkish army and its affiliated militants from occupying the region.

Meantime, the Arabic-language Arabi 21 news website quoted a spokesman of Manbij military council as saying that deployment of the Syrian army forces in the town is supported by Russia and has been coordinated with the Manbij military council.

According to reports, the Turkish army and affiliated militants have also in the past few days sent a large number of forces and military equipment to the region to launch imminent operations in Manbij.

Idlib

A commander of terrorist groups was killed in Idlib as tensions and clashes among Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) and Horras al-Din militants have increased in the province.

Field sources in Northern Syria reported on Thursday that tensions have heightened between the two terrorist groups in the town of Harem in Northern Idlib.

They added that the clashes erupted after Tahrir al-Sham detained a number of Horras al-Din militants, saying that the former terrorist group surrounded one of the strongholds of the French members of Horras al-Din.

The sources noted that clashes still continue in the region.

Also, in Southern Idlib, one of the commanders of Ansar al-Tawhid terrorists namely Mohammad Abu Ishaq was killed by the bullet fire of unknown assailants in the town of Ahsam.

According to the reports, fierce tensions are underway between Nour al-Din Zinki and Tahrir al-Sham terrorists in Western Aleppo.

The Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group has engaged in clashes with different rivals in Northern Syria.

Northern Syria

Several military convoys were sent by Ankara to the Syrian borders to prepare for an imminent assault on the Kurdish population in Northern Syria.

According to Fars News Agancy, Turkey's Anadolu news agency reported on Thursday that a large military convoy, consisting of personnel-carriers, have been sent from Jangiri region to Kalis at the border with Syria in the Southern parts of Turkey.

Meantime, field sources in Northern Syria reported that several Turkish military convoys, consisting of military and armored vehicles and vehicles carrying Turkish weapons and equipment, have been dispatched to the borders with Syria to strengthen Ankara's military positions.

They added that the convoys have been sent to the region to join an imminent military operation against Kurds in Eastern Syria;

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had earlier declared Ankara's decision to postpone the operations.

Hama

The Syrian army pounded the terrorists' positions and moves in Northern Hama after continued attacks by Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) and other allied terrorists in the weapons-free zone.

The Syrian army troops stationed in areas near the town of Baridij in Northern Hama attacked terrorists' strongholds in regions near the villages of Tal Housh, al-Janabareh, Tal Othman, Ma'arkabeh, Atshan and Murak on Thursday after they came under attack, killing and wounding several of them and destroying their military equipment and vehicles.

Meantime, other Syrian army units Northwest of the town of Maharadeh in Northern Hama targeted the moves of Tahrir al-Sham and Kata'eb al-Izzah in Abu Ra'eideh and regions near the town of Hasraya, killing and wounding a large number of terrorists.
