RNA - Zarif made the remarks on Saturday before leaving Rome for Tehran, highlighting that the international community has become sick and tired of the US unilateralism.

"The Iran Deal and countering US unilateralism were discussed in all the meetings; the international community almost unanimously feels the dangers of the US policies for the future," said the Iranian diplomatic chief.

"The world community should get prepared to counter such policies and pay the prices and prevent them from becoming a routine in international relations," Iran's top diplomat said.

Referring to his meeting with Italian and non-Italian authorities, Zarif added, "The meetings, apart from addressing the bilateral relations, included the necessity to end the situation in Yemen and moving toward a political solution in Syria."

According to Fars News Agancy, the Iranian diplomatic chief arrived in Rome on Wednesday evening to attend the 4th edition of Mediterranean Dialogues (Rome MED 2018) forum. Between Wednesday and Saturday, Zarif held separate bilateral talks with his counterparts participating the MED 2018 forum and Italian officials.

In a related front on September 25, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani held a meeting with his Bolivian counterpart in New York, and called on the world countries to stand up against the US' violation of global agreements.

"The international community must firmly stand against the US' violation of agreements," President Rouhani said during the meeting.
