RNA - They said Aisha Muhammad Rabi, from the town of Bidya in the North of the West Bank, was hit in the head by a stone thrown at the car she was in on a road South of Nablus. Her husband was moderately injured, WAFA reported.

The woman was rushed to hospital in Nablus where she was pronounced dead.

Palestinians said Jewish settlers have been throwing rocks at Palestinian cars driving on the road in the North of the West Bank for the last few days while the Israeli army, which has intensified its presence in the area since the latest attacks on Israelis, did not attempt to stop them.

Several Palestinians reported their cars damaged from stones thrown by the settlers in the same area.

The Israeli army announced that it was investigating the incident.

Also on Friday, at least 7 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured on Friday when the Israeli occupation forces heavily opened fire at the peaceful protesters taking part in the Great March of Return rallies, Palinfo reported.
