RNA - Israeli soldiers stationed at watchtowers along the borderline area to the East of Deir al-Balah opened live fire at a group of Palestinians who allegedly approached the barbed-wired fence between Gaza and Israel, WAFA reported.

Three Palestinians were reportedly shot and injured and taken to hospital for medical treatment. Their medical condition was described as moderate.

Israel has imposed a buffer zone inside the Gaza Strip along their common borders preventing Palestinians from reaching their lands near the border fence. It regularly opens fire at anyone who enters that buffer zone.
