Sweida
The Syrian Army troops continued hunting the remaining pockets of the ISIL in the Eastern desert of Sweida and seized control over more areas on Saturday, tightening noose on the terrorists in Toloul al-Safa rugged terrain.
The army men, backed up by artillery units and Air Force, stormed ISIL's strongholds in Toloul al-Safa from several directions and drove terrorists out of more areas and heights, including several caves used by the ISIL as hideouts.

The government forces have tightened noose on ISIL in Toloul al-Safa following their advances in Western, Southwestern and Northwestern Toloul al-Safa.
Meantime, local sources said that the ISIL has been trying hard to prevail over the army positions to lift the government forces' siege on the Eastern desert of Sweida.
Aleppo
A number of the Turkish army men and Ankara-backed militants were killed in the Kurdish militia attacks in Afrin region in Northwestern Aleppo.
The Kurdish-language Hawar news reported on Saturday that Kurdish snipers targeted Turkish forces in the town of Afrin and killed one of them.
It further said that other units of the Kurds ambushed three groups of Ankara-backed Ahrar al-Sharqiyeh, Ahrar al-Sham and al-Shamiyeh Front in Rajou, Shera, Jandaris and Boboleh regions, killing at least four militants and injuring several more, adding that the Kurds seized a large volume of Ankara forces' weapons.
Meantime, a number of ISIL terrorists escaped a prison run by the Ankara-backed militants in the town of al-Bab in Eastern Aleppo.
According to Fars News Agancy, a sum of ten ISIL terrorists and several defected members of the Ankara-led Operation Euphrates Shield forces managed to escape a prison that was under the control of the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army in the town of al-Bab.
Field sources said that the prison guards helped the inmate escape from the jail, adding that the FSA and its allied Military Police have kept forces on alert and have set up several checkpoints in the region.
Hasaka
A senior commander of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) was gunned down by unknown assailants in Hasaka province on Saturday amid intensifying tensions between civilians and the Kurds in the region.
The Lebanese Arabic-language al-Manar TV Channel reported that Jakdar, a notorious SDF commander, was killed after unknown gunmen opened fire at him in a village in Amouda region in Northern Hasaka.
It further pointed to intensifying tensions between the SDF and civilians in Hasaka, adding that the SDF has seized residential units of some civilians in the small town of al-Houl in Southeastern Hasaka.
The security conditions are aggravating in Hasaka province as public protests are growing against the SDF on a daily basis.
