Rasa - Advisor to the Iranian Parliament Speaker Hossein Amir Abdollahian underlined that Iran's Armed Forces will surely give an appropriate response to the supporters of the terrorists who killed 29 people and injured 70 others in the city of Ahwaz, in Southwestern Khuzestan province.

RNA - "Terrorist who perpetrated the brutal terror attack in Ahwaz should await a shocking blow since they know the capabilities of Iran’s military and security forces," Amir Abdollahian said on Sunday evening.

 

He reiterated that Mossad, CIA, and Takfiri circles are behind these terrorist attacks, and said, "The European countries’ delay and silence in condemning Ahwaz terrorist attack is unacceptable."

 

According to Fars News Agency, he Saturday terrorist attack on a military parade in Ahwaz left 29 people dead and 70 others injured.

 

Children and journalists were among the casualties. The al-Ahwazi separatist group claimed responsibility for the attack.

 

In relevant remarks on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif  said that "Iran holds regional terror sponsors and their US masters accountable for such attacks."
