Other Syrian army units also hit the terrorists' positions in the outskirts of Kafar Zita town in the Northern countryside of Hama province, destroying terrorists' field hospital in the region.
Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over the past 24 hours.
Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.
Hama
The Syrian army pounded the military positions and moves of the terrorists in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib in line with preparations to launch massive military operations in Idlib.
The Damascus Army forces on Friday hit hard the command centers of Al-Nusra Front and other terrorist groups in al-Latamineh 8 kilometers East of Khan Sheikhoun and the village of al-Tah North of Khan Sheikhoun in Southern Idlib.
The Syrian Army also pounded the terrorists' training centers in Tal Aas village in Southern Idlib.
Meantime, other Syrian army units hit the terrorists' positions in the outskirts of Kafar Zita town in the Northern countryside of Hama province, destroying terrorists' field hospital in the region.
News websites close to terrorist groups, meantime, reported that the Syrian army's missile and artillery units pounded the towns of al-Bariseh and al-Khovin on Thursday.
The Syrian air force also pounded al-Latamineh after bombarding the terrorists' positions in Northern countryside of Hama.
Raqqa
The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) went on a full alert in Raqqa as city residents are showing increasing support for the Damascus Army.
"The SDF forces are on full alert in Raqqa city in security terms as the Kurdish forces have arrested a large number of civilians," local sources said.
Media activists in Raqqa city also pointed to the fury of Raqqa residents over SDF's measures, including detention of a large number of people on different pretexts by SDF in Raqqa city.
The news comes as the SDF has detained several civilians on charges of imaging its movements.
In a relevant development in late August, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) opened fire at protesting civilians in Raqqa city, injuring several people and arresting a number of others.
The SDF militias engaged in fighting with protestors in al-Mashlab neighborhood in Raqqa city, opening fire at people.
A number of civilians were injured in the clashes.
The SDF further arrested over twenty civilians and kept gunmen on alert to suppress further demonstration.
Idlib
Syrian Prime Minister Imad Khamis stated that the Northwestern province of Idlib, the last major stronghold of the terrorists in the Arab country, will be soon under government control, pledging to win any possible war there.
"Idlib will soon be restored to the nation," Khamis said on Thursday as a large-scale liberation operation against remaining terrorists in the province draws closer, adding that “Syria has prevailed and will win in any coming war", Middle East News reported.
With the help of Iran, Russia and Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement, the Syrian army is preparing for the Idlib operation, a strategically-important region which shares a border with Turkey and is also close to the coastal Lattakia Province.
Idlib also hosts Turkish-backed militants fighting against the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Turkey, whose army has a string of observation posts around the edge of the militant area, has warned against such an offensive.
According to Fars News Agancy, Syria is facing the threat of being hit by the US and its allies if a chemical attack takes place in the province.
The US has accused the Syrian government of attacking civilians with chemicals in previous operations, including in Douma near Damascus and in Khan Sheikhoun, in Idlib. Damascus has strongly denied any involvement in either case, saying the attacks had been carried out by militants to slow Syria’s progress in the fight against terror.
Syria and its allies, including Russia, believe a similar scenario could be staged in Idlib. Moscow has already submitted evidence to the United Nations and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) showing that the terrorists in Idlib are preparing to set up another chemical attack false flag to frame Damascus.
Damascus and Moscow have warned that the US, along with Britain and France, is gearing up for a new military attack against Syria as the army prepares for the liberation of Idlib.
Deir Ezzur
The US Army has forwarded hundreds of trucks containing military equipment to the Eastern Syrian province of Deir Ezzur in nearly 6 weeks, the London-based pro-opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.
The SOHR noted that the US army has sent over 1,900 trucks packed with military equipment to Eastern Syria since August 1, 2018.
"A sum of 150 trucks carrying military equipment, armored vehicles and logistic supplies have been sent to the East of the Euphrates only in the last few days," the SOHR added.
