A large number of government troops and military hardware of the Syrian army have been dispatched to the Northern and Eastern fronts of Hama, Eastern Idlib, Southern Aleppo and Northern Lattakia. These forces are now in a state of alert.

"The operations to liberate Idlib province will also cover some 10 percent of Lattakia province which is under the control of the terrorists," local sources said.

They said that after liberating the areas in Northern Lattakia, regions such as Jisr al-Shughour, Badama and Kabbani strategic hills will come under the Syrian army's fire.

Idlib

Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) intensified clashes with other terrorist groups in the strategic Idlib region near the borders with Turkey over the past 24 hours.

Tahrir al-Sham Hayat clashed with terrorists of Kataeb Ansar al-Sham in Ain al-Baydha village in Western Idlib near Jisr al-Shughour city and took control of their headquarters, local sources reported.

They also pointed to the arrival of two military convoys of Tahrir al-Sham to Ain al-Baydha over the past week, and said Ansar al-Sham had planned to defect Tahrir al-Sham.

Dozens of terrorists have been killed and wounded in explosions and infightings in the terrorist-controlled areas of Idlib province in the last few days.

Tens of terrorists have also been killed and injured in infighting and bomb blasts at several arms caches of Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at in Idlib city.

Raqqa

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) went on a full alert in Raqqa as the city residents have started showing their support for Damascus Army, including painting graffiti.

"The SDF forces are on full alert in Raqqa city in security terms as the Kurdish forces have arrested a large number of civilians," local sources said.

They said that the wave of arrests came as unidentified groups painted graffiti on the walls of al-Badou district in Raqqa city and welcomed the presence of the Syrian Army in the city.

Media activists in Raqqa city also pointed to the fury of Raqqa residents over SDF's measures, including arresting a large number of people on different pretexts and death of a civilian under torture by SDF in Raqqa city.

The news comes as the SDF has detained several civilians on charges of imaging the SDF movements.

"The Syrian government troops seized different types of state-of-the-art scanning and imaging devices which were made in Israel," field sources reported.

This comes as repots on supports by the US and Israel as well as other western countries for terrorists are revealed every day.

Sweida

The Syrian Army has now imposed control over 70 percent of ISIL's bastions in Eastern Badiyeh (desert) of Sweida, and it is close to completely purge terrorists from the region, military sources said.

The Damascus Army has purged terrorists from over 2,600 square kilometers of Eastern Badiyeh and it has laid siege on the terrorists in the strategic Taloul al-Safa region, the Arabic-language version of Sputnik news agency quoted Syrian military analyst Colonel Ali Maqsoud as saying.

Colonel Maqsoud confirmed that the Syrian army has taken control over 70 percent of Eastern Badiyeh and that the army is in the final stage of clean-up operation in the region.

The Syrian army, meantime, managed to link its units in control of the Northeastern borders of the Badiyeh of Sweida and the Southeastern borders of Damascus Badiyeh.
