RNA - Despite the United Nation's repeated attempts to condemn and hold to account Israel for its crimes against Palestinians, Haley says the US is changing that behavior.
"Change comes with leadership and clarity from the United States. That leadership and clarity was on full display when President Trump made the bold and right decision to move the United States embassy to Jerusalem," she said last week in Washington. “Jerusalem has historically been, is now, and will always be the capital of Israel."
Haley also sold her soul to the devil when she took a stand for Israel amidst violent protests on the Gaza border in May. While most of the world condemned Tel Aviv for its lethal response to the Palestinian protests, Haley made her voice loud and clear in the United Nations.
This is while the world has had enough of Israel’s US-backed occupation and wars, illegal settlement activities, human rights violations, sea/land/air blockage, refugee crisis, systematic discrimination and genocide, as well as unimaginable suffering and unimaginable war crimes against humanity in the Holy Land.
According to Fars News Agancy, Israel’s war crimes and other grave violations of international law could not have been perpetrated without the direct or indirect complicity of the world governments, particularly the United States, the European Union, and some Arab regimes.
It is about time these regimes advocated respect for international law and universal human rights, and stopped sponsoring, bankrolling and protecting from international censure Israel’s apartheid and colonial policies against the indigenous people of Palestine.
All leading international organizations and human rights treaty bodies are also duty-bound to support the Palestinians, as it will stop the Israeli crimes from going on. The world should support the international campaign to boycott Israeli goods and companies that support the regime financially to help bring change and peace to Palestine.
At a time when the US and it’s UN embassy refuse to stop their support for Israel, the United Nations and the Security Council are duty-bound to prevent Tel Aviv from implementing its new “Jewish Law” and being an exception to international law. They can and should help the Palestinians to determine their own fate and live in their homeland.
