RNA - The army men struck ISIL's positions South of the town of Nawa in Western Dara'a from several directions.

 

The army's artillery and missile units and the country's Air Force also pounded the ISIL's positions and movements in the small town of Tasil, Tal Jamou'a region and several more towns and villages in Hawz Yarmouk.

 

The army soldiers further managed to push the ISIL back from Tal Jamou'a Northwest of Sheikh Sa'ad overlooking the town of Tasil.

 

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.

 

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

 

Dara'a

 

The Syrian government forces stormed ISIL's positions in Western Dara'a, capturing a strategic region on Sunday.

 

The army men struck ISIL's positions South of the town of Nawa in Western Dara'a from several directions.

 

In the meantime, the army's artillery and missile units and the country's Air Force, pounded the ISIL's positions and movements in the small town of Tasil, Tal Jamou'a region and several more towns and villages in Hawz Yarmouk.

 

The army soldiers further managed to push ISIL back from Tal Jamou'a Northwest of Sheikh Sa'ad overlooking the town of Tasil.

 

Reports said earlier on Sunday that the Syrian Army imposed full control over a number of other militant-held regions in the Southern province of Dara'a after 500 more terrorists left their positions for the Northern part of the country on Sunday.

 

A sum of 250 militants and their family members left the town of Nawa for Northern Syria on 20 buses.

 

Another 250 terrorists and their family members left the small town of Mahajah for Idlib as well.

 

The army entered Nawa and Mahajah as soon as the terrorists withdrew and hoisted the government flag.

 

Quneitra

 

The Syrian Army units imposed control over almost 70 percent of the Southwestern province of Quneitra after the withdrawal of a sum of 1,500 terrorists from the region on Sunday.

 

The Arabic-language website of Sputnik quoted a security source as reporting that a sum of 1,500 terrorists and 2,200 of their family members left Quneitra for Idlib on 45 buses via Um Batinah passageway.

 

The report further said that the army has driven a wedge between militant-held regions in the South and North of Quneitra province through its recent advances.

 

It went on to say that the army has now imposed control over 67 percent of Quneitra covering 600 sq-km area (excluding the Israeli-occupied Golan).

 

Reports said earlier on Sunday that the army men entered the villages of Majdaliyah, Kom al-Pasha, Ein al-Pasha, Rasm al-Halabi and Alirzan under the agreement.

 

The militants detonated their positions and set fire at their arms depots in the Old al-Quneitra, Jabata al-Khashab, Ofaniyeh, al-Hamidiyeh, Taranja, al-Horriya and al-Qahtaniyah in Quneitra before withdrawal.

 

Field sources said that some of terrorist groups in al-Hamidiyeh and Jabat al-Khashab in Quneitra have asked for special vehicles for their relocation to Idlib and slowed down the evacuation operation.  

 

Hasaka

 

The US-led coalition forwarded a long convoy of military and logistical aid to the Washington-backed militias in the Northeastern province of Hasaka, a militant-affiliated website reported on Sunday.

 

Smart news reported that the US has sent a long convoy of new military vehicles from Iraq to the regions that are under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces in Hasaka province.

 

It went on to say that the US convoy, including almost a hundred oil tankers along with other equipment moved towards the town of Qamishli via the Simalka border-crossing.

 

Lattakia

 

According to Fars News Agancy, the Russian Air Defense Units intercepted two drones operated by the terrorists en route to Humeimim airbase in the coastal province of Lattakia, the airbase reported on Sunday.

 

The Russia-run airbase reported that two drones of the terrorists tried to approach Humeimim military airport, but they were downed by the Russian air defense units.

 

In the meantime, the Russian Defense Ministry also announced in a statement that the air defense units intercepted a drone flying from militant-held regions towards Humeimim airbase.

 

The ministry further said that terrorists in the de-escalation zone in Idlib are preventing dispatch of humanitarian aids to the region.
