RNA - "It is another dark chapter in war crimes charges of Saudi Arabia," Qassemi said.
The Iranian foreign ministry spokesman sympathized with the bereaved families of the victims of the violent and inhumane act.
"Whenever the aggressors face defeat at the battlefields, they take revenge from innocent Yemeni women and children through the escalation of air attacks," Qassemi added.
According to Fars News Agancy, more than 12 people lost their lives and several others sustained injuries when Saudi fighter jets carried out airstrikes against a wedding convoy in Yemen’s Northwestern mountainous province of Sa’ada.
This is just the latest wedding massacre carried out by Saudi coalition forces. The Saudi-led coalition has illegally treated all of Sa’ada as a military target for three years and it has routinely struck civilian targets ever since.
