Rasa - A Palestinian woman was injured after extremist Israeli settlers attacked her with stones at the entrance to the village of Burqa, North of Nablus in the West Bank, according to local sources.
Israeli settlers entered al-Aqsa Mosque

RNA - Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlement activities in the area, told WAFA that some 30 Israeli settlers gathered at the main Nablus-Jenin road near the village and attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones, injuring a woman by a stone.

He said the settlers also set fire to trees in the area as well as burnt tires in the middle of the road to obstruct traffic.

The woman was moved to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

According to Fars News Agency, settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

This violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Between 500,000 and 600,000 Israelis live in Jewish-only settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of international law.
