RNA - The conference of “Proximity of Culture under the Shadow of holy Quran and its effect on Iran and central Asia” was held on June 5, 2018 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In this conference some intellectual and researchers from Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan participated. Lecturers in their speeches pointed to the role of Quran in Islamic civilization and its effect on the foundation of lifestyle. Emphasis on the opinions of Islamic scholars, cultural and social proximity of Iranian and central Asian people and the dialogue of cultures in Quran was of some topics of the lectures of the conference. This conference was held by the efforts of international University of Kyrgyzstan and cultural center of Islamic Republic of Iran in Bishkek.
Mr. Hassan Aliev the Chancellor of international University of Kyrgyzstan tn this conference clarified that the greatest poets such as Hallaj, Ibn-Farez, Attar, Ibn-Arabi, Mowlavi (Rumi) and Hafez presented their masterpieces based on Holy Quran. Dr. Yahya Jahangiri the researcher of Islamic studies and the instructor of University of Islamic denominations also in the in an interview with IRIB news said “Why we should not pay attention subcultures and why we should not sit in front of each other to have a dialogue under the Shadow of Iran and recognize each other cultures and introduce them?”.
Dr. Jahangiri in an article under the title of “The role of native cultural proximity in the creation of global peace” which presented in the conference, clarified that the almighty God in Quran, pointing to the unity of creation of humans and the existence of the differences in the appearance of human creation, explain this philosophy so the human being would be able to recognize each other and be aware that the best human is who has got divine piety. The almighty God in unity verse in Holy Quran and also in Surah Ali 'Imran [3:64-68] emphasizes on the unity issue and proximity of religions. In fact Quran emphasizes on the higher priority of the issue of unity among the believers of almighty God than the unity discussion among Muslims. Believing in almighty God is not the factor of tension and harshness but also the factor of Unity and proximity.
Dr. Jahangiri in another sentence of his article clarified that the key of success in the proximity of Cultures is the acceptance of equality of counterparts of dialogue in the aspect of human dignity. Presumption in each intercultural dialogue is recognition and respect to diversified shapes of knowledge and the method of expressing them, traditions of dialogue counterparts and making attempt for creating an impartial cultural atmosphere for dialogue until the different societies be able to express themselves freely in this impartial atmosphere.
Dr. Jahangiri as the conclusion of his article indicated that “assuming cultural assimilation is followed by solidarity is as naïve as assuming that the cultural diversity creates conflict and war”.
