A local source also said that a long convoy of army vehicles arrived in the town of Khirbet Qazala in Dara'a via the Damascus-Dara'a passageway, adding that the army forces are preparing for a large-scale assault.
Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over the past 24 hours.
Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.
Dara'a
The Syrian Army sent a new convoy of forces and military equipment to the Southern province of Dara'a on Monday to prepare for an imminent large-scale operation in the region.

Field sources in Sweida province said that other units of the army engaged in fierce clashes with terrorists in the village of Bared in Southern Sweida and managed to fend off their attack, inflicting a number of casualties on the militants and destroying their military hardware.
Also, the army's artillery and missile units pounded terrorists' positions in al-Samdaniyeh al-Qarbiyeh after militants targeted the town of Khan Arnaba in Quneitra province.
Aleppo
The Syrian Army troops opened heavy fire at the Turkey-backed terrorists in Western Aleppo on Sunday night, a military source reported on Monday.
The source said that the Syrian Army began the assault by launching a large number of artillery shells and missiles on the terrorist-held regions in al-Mansoura and al-Rashedeen settlements in Western Aleppo.
For the last two weeks, the terrorists in Western Aleppo have taken advantage of the Turkish military’s presence in the region by launching missiles and artillery shells from the latter’s observation posts against residential areas in Aleppo city.
The Syrian Army finally responded to the attacks on Sunday night by launching an assault to deter ceasefire violations by the militants.
Hasaka
Reports from the Eastern province of Hasaka indicate that tensions are rising between the Syrian Army troops and the Kurdish militias, with some sources saying that tensions might end up in imminent clashes.
The Kurdish units have dispatched a large number of forces and equipment form al-Malekiyeh in Northeastern Hasaka to the town of Qamishli.
In the meantime, the army has detained Hamoud Hossein al-Keirat, a commander of the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG), along with seven of his fighters in Qamishli.
The Kurdish militias have, meanwhile, arrested three Syrian soldiers.
Military analysts believe that tensions between the Kurds and the army are unprecedented, adding that direct confrontation between the two sides is possible now.
Hama
According to Fars News Agancy, the Syrian Army troops continued their mop-up operation in Southern Hama on Monday and discovered a field hospital and Turkey-made medical equipment left behind by terrorists in the village of Talaf.
The army's engineering units discovered a field hospital which terrorists had been using to treat their wounded members containing medicines, medical supplies and equipment.
The hospital is protected by 1-meter thick walls of basalt stone, equipped with 40 beds and medicine storage facility, mostly of Turkish origin, along with an operating room.
