Rasa - The Israeli authorities issued between May 21 and 31 administrative detention orders against 29 Palestinians, Palestinian Prisoner’s Society attorney Mahmoud Halabi said.
RNA - Halabi told WAFA that eight of the orders were issued against Palestinians detained for the first time or were re-arrested after being released.
Some 500 Palestinian administrative detainees in Israel are planning to go on hunger strike in June in an attempt to put an end to this world-condemned Israeli policy that lets Israel keep Palestinians in prison for many years without charge or trial.
