RNA - A new convoy of fresh forces and military equipment were dispatched to Hajar al-Aswad region in a move to reinvigorate its combat capabilities in battle against ISIL terrorists.

Damascus
The Syrian Army sent more forces and military equipment to the Southern part of Damascus province on Sunday to intensify attacks on ISIL terrorists.

Reports said earlier on Sunday that the army troops advanced more in the depth of Hajar al-Aswad region, and are now one step away from imposing control over entire ISIL-held regions in the Southern part of Damascus province.
The army men, backed up by missile and artillery units, engaged in another tough battle with the ISIL in the depth of Hajar al-Aswad region, seizing control over Municipality Building and Police Station.
Also, a field source said that domino of collapse of the terrorist groups has been completed as the army has taken control of vital points deep in Hajar al-Aswad region.
The source further said that fierce clashes are now underway between the army and the remaining pockets of ISIL terrorists, adding that the government forces are now completing the siege around the buildings that are still under terrorists' control.
The source went on to say that other units of the army have started mop-up operation in the newly-freed regions in the Southern part of Hajar al-Aswad, discovering several tunnels and trenches of the militant groups.
Aleppo
A total number of 4,403 Kurdish militants have been killed or held captive since the start of Operation Olive Branch in Syria, the Turkish military said in a statement on Sunday.

Deir Ezzur
The US-backed Kurdish militias are feeling deeply concerned after growing deployment by mostly Arab militant groups in Eastern Deir Ezzur province as tensions have intensified between the Kurds and other US-backed groups.
According to Fars News Agancy, local sources said that the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have arrested a number of Arab militants in Western Deir Ezzur accusing them of cooperation with the Syrian Army.
In the meantime, one of the tribal leaders pointed to the recent clashes between the SDF and the US-backed Arab Special Forces and said that the Kurds are fearful of the Arabs' presence in Eastern Syria.
He further said that the Arab tribes in the region do not intend to join the Kurdish militias in Deir Ezzur, adding that possibility that Arab tribes might join Arab militant groups has pushed the Kurds into a status of deep fear.
