Rasa - Israeli forces Wednesday detained a total of 11 Palestinians during multiple overnight raids across the West Bank, said the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

RNA - Israeli forces detained two Palestinian brothers after ransacking their homes in Kafr Thulth town, south of Qalqilia, in the northern West Bank, WAFA reported.

 

PPS said two Palestinian minors, aged 12 and 14, were also detained during raids across Qalqilia district.

 

Elsewhere in the northern West Bank, forces detained two Palestinians during an overnight raid that triggered clashes in the Jenin-city neighborhood of Wadi Burin and Zababdeh town, southeast of Jenin.  

 

PPS said that two Palestinians from Tubas district were also detained, one of whom was detained during clashes that erupted with Israeli forces in Nablus city.

 

Meanwhile, Israeli forces conducted a similar raid into Qatanna town, northwest of Jerusalem, detaining two Palestinians.

 

They were identified as the mother and 14-year-old sister of Mohammad Shamasneh, a Palestinian who was killed by Israeli forces in October 2015. 

 

Another was detained during an overnight raid into Nahhalin town, west of Bethlehem.
