Damascus

The Syrian army increased security of its military points in Harasta by continued operations against the terrorists in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus.

The army forces continued clashes with the terrorists near the Vehicles Management Center in Harasta on Thursday, regaining control over new regions near al-Hajaz garage.

Meantime, the Syrian fighter jets pounded the defense lines and roads used by the terrorists to transfer weapons and goods, inflicting damage on the militants.

Field sources said that the army soldiers have strengthened security in their controlled areas and army points near the Vehicles Management Center.

Meantime, the Syrian army units repelled Jeish al-Islam terrorist group's offensive against their position in Hazarma, killing 5 militants.

Field sources reported earlier that the Syria army gave a last ultimatum to the terrorist groups in Eastern Ghouta to lay down arms and surrender to the government forces.

The field sources said that the army has distributed thousands of leaflets across terrorist-held regions in the towns of Harasta and Arbin and the regions of Jobar and Ein Terma in Eastern Ghouta, giving them a last ultimatum to lay down arms and surrender.

The sources said that the army ultimatum came after a sum of 22 terrorists from the Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board), Ahrar al-Sham and Faylaq al-Rahman were killed in the pro-government forces' operation against the militant groups in Harasta.

In the meantime, the army's artillery and missile units have been heavily pounding terrorists' positions in Harasta, Arbin, Ein Terma and Jobar.

Aleppo

The Syrian army retook control of new points in Southwestern Aleppo as part of their operations towards the strategic Abu al-Dhohour military airport in Southeastern Idlib.

The army forces continued clashes with terrorists in Southwestern Aleppo, regaining control of the two villages of Um Khan in the Western parts of Tal Sabhah and Um al-Amad Qabali in the Northwestern parts of Tal Sabhah in Southwest of the town of Khanasser.

The Syrian army forces are 7km away before they could lay siege on the terrorists in Aleppo, Hama and Idlib as they are advancing from Southeastern Idlib and Western Aleppo.

Government sources disclosed that the Syrian army troops were advancing rapidly against terrorists in Hama, Aleppo and Idlib provinces, besieging the militants in a vast region that covers over 300 villages.

The sources said that the army units have carried out rapid and heliborne operations as part of their major assault on the Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board) in the last several hours and managed to capture large territories in Southeastern Idlib.

The sources pointed to the Al-Nusra's heavy casualties, and said that the army forces targeted terrorists' main strongholds, military vehicles, anti-tank TOW missile launchers in the battlefield and pushed the terrorist front into complete failure.

They further said that the ground has been paved for the army to trap the Al-Nusra in a very large region that includes 300 villages in the provinces of Hama, Idlib and Aleppo as the army men are now 18 km away from Abu al-Dhohour airbase from the direction of Southern Aleppo and their comrades have reached the gates of the military airport from Southeastern Idlib.

Hama

Several terrorist groups formed two separate joint operations rooms against the Syrian army to make up for their defeats after the army's extensive advances in Hama, Idlib and Aleppo.

News websites affiliated to the dissidents reported on Thursday that commanders of Faylaq al-Sham, Jeish al-Nasr, Idlib's Free Army, Jeish al-Nukhbah and Jeish al-Thani terrorist groups have formed an operations room called 'Rad al-Toqyan (Response to Revolt)'.

Meantime, leaders of Islamic al-Turkistani Party affiliated to the Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board), Ahrar al-Sham and Jeish al-Ahrar terrorist groups declared in a statement formation of an operations room called 'En Allah Ala Nasrehem Laqadir (God is very much able to defeat them)', stressing that military operations against the Syrian army troops in Southern Idlib have started.
