RNA – In a meeting with Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad-Ali Alavi-Gorgani in Qom, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Abbas Mousavi, the representative for Iraq’s al-Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba in Iran, congratulated the Islamic Resistance Front on their victory over the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group and said, “This great victory would not have been possible without the support of the sources of emulation and the scholars.”
The al-Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba, meaning ‘The Movement of the Party of God’s Nobles,’ is a major Shi’ah resistance group and is part of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces.
He added, “The Popular Mobilization Forces and the Iraqi security and army forces demonstrated their value in confronting the United States’ colonial plans and plots and was able to defeat the enemies’ plans.”
“The al-Nujaba Movement has been attacked by the United States because it has struck a severe blow to the United States and its agents, such as Daesh and other Takfiri groups, and the sanctions on this movement by the United States Congress represents the peak of their anger over their successive defeats in the region,” he stressed.
Hujjat al-Islam Mousavi added, “The reaction by the Americans to the victories of the al-Nujaba Movement is a source of pride for us and all the institutions of society and the various groups of the resistance, the representatives and the Iraqi people have condemned such actions.”
The senior member of the al-Nujaba Movement emphasized, “We will continue our actions with strength in Iraq and we will act with complete preparation with all our forces and facilities. Just as the Secretary-General of the al-Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba [Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Ka’bi] has said, ‘if the Syrian government gives us official permission to be present in the country, we will also liberate the Golan Heights.’”
He stressed, “Our strength has created great fear in the hearts of the enemies, the greatest of whom is the United States, and God-willing we will continue our activities with greater power.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mousavi stated, “We declare that if Hezbollah in Lebanon is attacked by Israel, we are ready to engage in jihad in the trenches alongside our brothers to confront the Zionist regime.”
He added, “The al-Nujaba Movement has long-term goals and is ready to defend Islam, Muslims and the sanctities of Islam and does not consider itself bound by any borders. This movement is present wherever it is needed to defend Islam, whether in Syria, Lebanon or Palestine.”
In conclusion, the representative of the al-Nujaba Movement in Iran stressed, “The al-Nujaba Movement is composed of loyal soldiers who are fully prepared to defend Islam and who always carry out the orders of the scholars and the sources of emulation.”
