RNA - According to sources, Saudi warplanes launched two raids on Sana'a International Airport North of the capital, destroying the radar systems and disrupting the aid flights, Al Waght reported.
This comes amid a recent warning by the United Nations that millions of people will die in Yemen, in what will be the world's worst famine crisis in decades, unless Saudi-led aggressors end devastating blockade.
UN Secretary-General’s Spokesman Stephane Dujarric also warned that Yemen's stock of rice and wheat will be completely exhausted in some 100 days if the Saudi regime maintains its inhuman blockade on the country’s sea and airports.
Yemen has been since March 2015 under a brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition. Over 13,000 Yemenis, mostly civilians including women and children thousands have been killed and thousands more injured in Saudi-led bombardments.
The coalition has been also imposing a blockade on the impoverished country’s ports and airports as a part of its aggression which is aimed at ousting the popular Ansarullah movement and restoring to power fugitive former president Abdurabbuh Mansour Hadi.
However, Yemeni forces and their local allies including Ansarullah fighters have heroically confronting the Saudi-led aggression by all means.
