The Supreme Leader's top aide, meantime, pointed to the opening message of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei who called for continued fight against Israel, and said, "The issue reveals the great importance attached to the Palestinian issue by Iran’s Supreme Leader."
The second meeting of International Union of Resistance Scholars, which had begun on Wednesday in Beirut, came to an end on Thursday evening.
More than 200 scholars from over 80 countries had taken part in the two-day event in the Lebanese capital. The first international conference of resistance scholars was held in Lebanon in May 2016.
