RNA - "The US has grown confused in the political strategy and it is the first time that we see such a political bewilderment as certain regional states intensify this internal confusion in the US," Salehi told reporters in Tehran on Sunday.
Noting that Iran will show wise and digested reaction to the developments, he said, "We have foreseen the necessary measures for all possible scenarios and we hope that they (the Americans) go back to wisdom."
In relevant remarks earlier this month, Salehi lashed out at US President Donald Trump for allegations about Tehran's non-commitment to the nuclear deal, stressing that he is speaking of his illusion.
"Trump is living in illusions," Salehi told reporters following a cabinet meeting, 3 days after he was reappointed as the AEOI head by President Hassan Rouhani.
Asked about his priorities as the AEOI head, he said, "My most important priority in the AEOI is making powerful progress in industrial nuclear activities."
Salehi also described discovery and exploitation of nuclear materials, building nuclear propellants, research and development (R&D), production of a new generation of centrifuges and radio medicine as other priorities of the AEOI.
He expressed the hope that Iran would turn into a regional hub of radio medicine in West Asia in the next four years.
