RNA - The government troops engaged in fresh round of attacks on Faylaq Al-Rahman's positions in Jobar in Eastern Damascus, killing several terrorists and destroying a large volume of military equipment.

The Syrian army also continued its advances in other key provinces across Syria.

Damascus

The Syrian army forces continued military operations on Thursday to establish full security in the capital and drove more terrorists back from other regions in the Eastern parts of Damascus.

The Syrian army troops heavily pounded Faylaq Al-Rahman’s positions in Jobar in Eastern Damascus, inflicting significant damage to the militants' defense lines.

The pro-government forces also launched attacks on Faylaq al-Rahman’s positions around the strategic al-Manasher square in the Southern part of Jobar.

The Syrian soldiers have managed to win back control of about 20 blocks inside Jobar in the past few hours.

They also heavily attacked the Takfiri terrorists' positions in Ein Tarma, opening their path in the region.

Meantime, a well-informed source said on Wednesday that clashes among rival terrorist groups have intensified following the Syrian Army troops' advances in Ein Terma and Jobar regions in Eastern Damascus.

The source said that Faylaq al-Rahman stormed the positions of Ahrar al-Sham in Eastern Ghouta and imposed control over the village of Modira.

Also, Faylaq al-Rahman drove Ahrar al-Sham fighters out of the town of Arbin and attacked more positions of Ahrar in the towns of Kafr Batna and Saqba.

In the meantime, Faylaq al-Rahman stormed the positions of Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board) in the towns of Kafr Batna and pushed them away from the town.

Faylaq al-Rahman has, in a statement, denied any agreement with Jeish al-Islam over driving the Al-Nusra out of Eastern Ghouta, and meantime called on Jeish al-Islam to halt attacking its positions.

Faylaq also announced in the statement that they drove Al-Nusra Front out of al-Ash'ari region.

Meanwhile, Faylaq al-Rahman said in the statement that Jeish al-Islam violated the agreement and attacked Faylaq's positions in al-Asha'ari region, Beit Sowa and al-Aftaris.

Aleppo

Media sources reported that several terrorists affiliated to the Turkish army have been killed and wounded in clashes with the predominately Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Northern Aleppo.

Hawar news reported that the terrorists first targeted the SDF positions in the villages of Sheikh Issa, Hasiyeh, Samouqeh and Harbal in Northern Aleppo with artillery and mortar fire.

According to the Kurdish website, heavy clashes then erupted between the two sides in the villages of Tal Jijan and Tal Maziq in Northern Aleppo.

The militants also targeted the village of Maranaz in Shara region and the village of Tal Baz in Jandariseh region near Afrin city in mortar attacks.

The Kurds responded to the terrorist's attacks, inflicting a number of tolls and injuries on them.

The Turkish Army troops and Ankara-backed militant groups launched a fresh round of mortar and missile attacks on the positions of the Kurdish fighters in Northern Aleppo on Wednesday.

Hawar news reported that mortar and missile units of the terrorists affiliated to the Turkish army pounded the Kurdish strongholds in the villages of Samouqeh, al-Shahaba dam, Tal Maziq, Sheikh Issa, Al-Qamiyeh, Hasin and Ein Daqneh in Northern Aleppo.

Hawar news added that the Turkish spy planes flew over most of the villages in al-Shahba region.

The villages of Maranaz and Baflouneh and Shara region in Afrin region in Northern Aleppo also came under the massive missile and mortar attacks of the Turkey-backed militants.

Homs

The Syrian army repelled ISIL's heavy offensive on its military positions in Eastern Homs, inflicting over 80 casualties on the terrorists.

The clashes between the army and ISIL militants erupted in Humeimeh region near the administrative border between Homs and Deir Ezzur.

The Syrian soldiers repulsed the ISIL attack, killing and wounding over 80 terrorists and seizing a large number of weapons and armored vehicles.

Meantime, the Russian fighter jets bombed ISIL bases near al-Sukhna in Eastern Homs, blowing up several tanks of the terrorists.

Also, the ISIL started retreating from Central Syria after the army forces intensified their offensives in the Eastern parts of Homs and Hama provinces.

“Our planes have spotted Daesh (ISIS or ISIL) fleeing East Salamiyah in large numbers,” a source told the Arabic-language AMN website on Thursday.

“They are fleeing because they will undoubtedly be encircled by our forces soon. We are going to link up with the army in Resafa (Southern Raqqa) and cutoff their supply route to East Salamiyah,” the source stressed.

The Syrian Army’s recent success at Al-Sukhnah has led their forces to push North towards Raqqa province rather than Deir Ezzur.

Meantime, the Syrian soldiers are approaching Deir Ezzur province from several pivots to break the siege on its capital city and airbase.

The days of ISIL retreating to the desert are now over and the Takfiri terrorists have nowhere to go anymore, as Deir Ezzur becomes their last stomping ground in Syria.

Field sources said on Wednesday that government troops are about to capture the entire lands in Central Syria after four years of terrorists' occupation following the recent advances against ISIL in Eastern Hama and Homs.

The army forces have inflicted heavy defeats on ISIL terrorists by recapturing the key town of al-Sukhnah in Eastern Homs and advancing against terrorists in the Southern part of Raqqa province, the sources said.

In the meantime, thousands of army soldiers deployed in Eastern Hama are ready to launch a large-scale operation to liberate the ISIL-held town of Aqayrabat, reports said, adding that the Syrian and Russian fighter jets have been continuously bombing ISIL's positions and supply lines East of the town of al-Salamiyah in Hama.

Aqayrabat has long been the ISIL’s main stronghold in Central Syria as it is a cross-road town that is located near the provincial borders of the Hama, Homs, and Raqqa provinces, and SIL's defeat in al-Sukhnah was a severe blow to the terrorists in Aqayrabat.

Losing Aqayrabat after al-Sukhnah will leave ISIL no choice but to abandon Central Syria and move their remaining militants to the Eastern parts of the country in Deir Ezzur.

Raqqa

The Syrian army continued anti-ISIL operations in Southeastern Raqqa, inching closer to the liberation of the most strategic base of the terrorists in the region.

A military source said on Thursday that the ISIL has started withdrawal from the strategic town of Ma'adan and transferred hundreds of its forces to Deir Ezzur province.

The source added that the Syrian army forces will be able to enter Deir Ezzur from the Northern pivot after a long period of time.

The Syrian army also announced establishment of security in several towns in Southeastern Raqqa, calling on the residents to resume normal life.

The Syrian army's general command also in a statement declared establishment of security in the three towns of Shanan, al-Sabkha and Jebeli in Southern Raqqa, urging the residents to return to their homes in the region.

Deir Ezzur

The Syrian army units heavily clashed with ISIL terrorists in al-Movazafin region and Panorama, cemetery and al-Thardah districts in Deir Ezzur, setting fire on one of the terrorists' bases.

During the operations on Wednesday, the Syrian army forces also blew up a position belonging to the ISIL's 'Islamic Police' in al-Khasarat district and another base in the Old Airport district.

Meantime, the army's artillery units pounded the ISIL positions in al-Sana'ah, al-Jabileh and cemetery districts, killing and wounding a number of terrorists.

The Syrian air force also targeted the ISIL positions in Panorama district and the village of al-Baqiliyeh in Western Deir Ezzur, inflicting heavy damage on the militants.
