Rasa - Israeli forces Friday detained at least five Palestinians during raids into Jenin and Qalqiliya cities in the Northern West Bank, said security sources.

RNA - Israeli forces detained three Palestinians after storming and ransacking their homes in Jenin city, WAFA reported.

 

They also conducted a similar raid into Qalqiliya city, where they detained two Palestinians after storming their homes.

 

Israeli raids in Palestinian towns, villages, and refugee camps are a daily occurrence in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

 

According to prisoners rights group Addameer, 6,200 Palestinians were detained by Israel as of May, 490 of whom were held in administrative detention.
