RNA - A former US army psychological warfare officer says this report is “another indication of US hypocrisy,” adding that it proves Washington’s support for Daesh Takfiri terrorists.
“This is nothing new. This is part of the psychological operation strategy that United States pursued under [former President] George Bush and then again under [former President Barack] Obama and what we are really seeing now is the US military and the CIA out of control in backing the ISIS (Daesh) militants, backing their destabilization,” Scott Bennett told Press TV in an interview on Friday.
The analyst went on to say that the United States was using Daesh as “a Frankenstein's monster” in order to cause chaos in the Middle East and to pursue Israel’s Oded Yinon Plan for breaking up the region.
Bennett said the US airstrikes in Syria were “illegal,” adding that unlike Russia, Washington is not operating on Syrian territory upon a request by the Syrian government.
“So when the US makes horrendous mistakes and kills civilians, kills women and children, the best they can do is try and spin it and say the reports are inaccurate but the fact of the matter is that these are verified reports and we are seeing increasingly that the civilians are not only being murdered by American armaments, that have no right to be in Syria, whatsoever,” he said.
