RNA - Jeish al-Islam's statement said that after a halt in military operations against Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at (the Levant Liberation Board) a number of Tahrir al-Sham forces have launched an attack on Jeish al-Islam's positions with the participation of Faylaq al-Rahman.
Jeish al-Islam accused the commander of Faylaq al-Rahman of providing weapons, shelter and equipment for the remaining pockets of Tahrir al-Sham.
In the meantime, a number of militants have been killed after a fresh round of clashes between Jeish al-Islam with Faylaq al-Rahman and Tahrir al-Sham in Eastern Ghouta.
Reports from Northwestern Syrian said that intensifying tensions are underway among rival terrorist groups in Idlib.
Local sources said on Sunday that almost 160 militants were killed and tens of others were injured in seven-day-long infighting between Jeish al-Islam and the united front of Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at and Faylaq al-Rahman in the Eastern territories of Damascus province.
The sources added that Faylaq al-Rahman announced in a statement that its fighters repelled Jeish al-Islam's attacks and pushed them back from the lands that it has conquered recently.
Faylaq al-Rahman also accused Jeish al-Islam of attacking its positions, seizing their warehouses and capturing several fighters and commanders of the group in Eastern Ghouta.
In the meantime, Spokesman for Jeish al-Islam Hamzeh Beiraqdar tweeted that Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at and Faylaq al-Rahman were to attack Jeish al-Islam's defense lines in the town of al-Ash'ari after Jeish al-Islam stopped attacks and pulled its forces back from the townships they had entered previously.
Jeish al-Islam had previously announced in a statement that it had halted operation against Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at in Eastern Ghouta.
