Syria

RNA - The Syrian army killed and wounded scores of terrorists in the Eastern part of Dara'a province.

The Syrian army also inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups in other key regions across Syria.

Dara'a

The Syrian Army's missile and artillery units shelled heavily the positions of Al-Nusra Front (also known as Fatah al-Sham Front or the Levant Liberation Board) in Eastern Dara'a, destroying a main command post and killing all the terrorists inside.

The missile and artillery units opened heavy fire at the positions and defense lines of Al-Nusra in Busra al-Sham in Eastern Dara'a, destroying one of their main command posts, and killing the entire militants in there including several commanders.

The army soldiers engaged in heavy fighting with a group of terrorists in Tariq al-Saad (way to dam) neighborhood in Dara'a al-Balad district, killing a number of militants.

Also, the Syrian pro-government forces, backed up by the country's fighter jets, hit terrorists' defense lines in different neighborhoods of the Southern city of Dara'a, capturing several more key positions.

The army aircraft pounded terrorists' positions in al-Sibeh neighborhood and al-Bajabjah street in Dara'a city, inflicting heavy casualties on the militants.

In the meantime, the army soldiers engaged in heavy fighting with terrorists South of al-Manshiyeh in Dara'a al-Balad district, imposing full control over Syriatel tower and three buildings.

Homs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) confirmed that the Syrian warplanes have started their normal combat sorties from Shayrat military airport in Southwestern Homs only hours after the US navy's missile attack on the airbase.

SOHR said that the army aircraft have taken off again from Shayrat airbase and targeted terrorists' positions only one day after the US warships targeted the airport by a number of cruise missiles.

In the meantime, Reuters reported that two warplanes left Shayrat airbase and bombed terrorists' concentration centers in Palmyra (Tadmur) countryside only hours after the missile strike.

Syrian activists told Reuters that the volume of the losses inflicted by the US missile attack on the airport is not clear but restart of flights from the airport shows that the Syrian fighter jets have done an impossible move.

On Friday, the Syrian Armed Forces' General Command deplored US missile attack on Shayrat military airport in Southwestern Homs, adding the move made clearer that the US is a partner of ISIL and Al-Nusra Front terrorists in the war-hit country.

The General Command, in a statement, condemned US navy's missile attack on Shayrat airbase, adding the violation could send a mistaken message to the terrorist group that whenever they suffer defeats in the battlefield they were allowed to use chemical weapons.

"The US did an open aggression against Syria at 3:42 early morning and targeted one of our airbase in the region with a number of cruise missile, leaving six dead and several more injured and inflicting major damage on properties," the general command said.

Hama

A Russian daily reported that the country's soldiers are about to shoulder the responsibility of restoring security to the Christian-populated regions during the Syrian Army's imminent anti-terrorism operations in Northern Hama.

Izvestia reported that the Russian units will help popular forces in Hama province to restore security to the town of Mahradeh, whose population are mainly Christians.

The daily added that terrorists are under the Syrian Army's siege from all directions.

There have been fierce clashes between the government forces and militants near Hahradeh since April 4th.

Informed sources believe that the army intends to complete the siege of the terrorists in Northern Hama to clean the region up to the border with Idlib province.

Raqqa

The US-led coalition fighter jets targeted the positions of the predominately Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Northern Raqqa as well as residential areas in a village in Southern Raqqa, killing at least 13 civilians and wounding tens of others.

The coalition warplanes launched massive airstrikes on the village of Hanideh in Southwestern Raqqa, killing 13 civilians and injuring tens of others.

In the meantime, the fighter jets targeted SDF's positions in Northern Raqqa.

The US calls itself an ally of SDF, while it is an old ally of Turkey within the NATO as well. Turkey is at war with the Kurdish units of SDF in a number of regions. The US has not commented on the strikes yet.
