RNA - In a statement released on Saturday, Hezbollah underlined that “the despicable Zionist fingerprints appear clearly in its scene,” the Palestinian Information Center reported.
Hezbollah said Israel’s aggressiveness is evident in the crime and stressed the inevitability of continued struggle against the enemy until expelling it from the occupied territories.
The Lebanese movement also offered its condolences to the Palestinians, Hamas Movement and the family of Fuqaha over the assassination.
Hezbollah called for the punishment of all the culprits involved in the crime so that no one would dare to target the resistance and its freedom fighters.
Al-Qassam commander Mazen Fuqaha, who was freed in a 2011 prisoner swap deal, was assassinated on Friday evening with four bullets in his head.
Fuqaha was released along with more than 1,000 other Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.
