RNA - The militants were killed in operations in the Afghan provinces of Nangarhar, Logar, Paktika, Kandahar and Helmand, the Tolo News reported.

The Afghan forces injured five militants and detained five others, according to the outlet.

A number of weapons are said to have been seized in the operations.

This comes as the Afghan forces are busy conducting counter-terrorism operations in the restive districts of Nangarhar under the Shaheen-25 operations launched several weeks ago.
