RNA - General Safavi said on Thursday that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the unique mighty and stable power in the Middle-East region and the world has admitted the reality.
He said the Europeans have admitted Iran’s absolute military and political power in the region and it has led to discords between the European countries and the US.
Britain is the only supporter of the US in Europe, he said, adding that European superpowers like Germany and France never yield to the US demands as cacophony of Europeans with US policies fails to tune up.
Consecutive defeats of the US in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria are good indication of their military and political weakening and the whole world share identical stands in dealing with tyranny, General Safavi said.
In relevant remarks in December, General Safavi underlined that the country's clout in the region and its power prevent enemies from resorting to the military option against Tehran.
"Although the enemies are after stirring different types of insecurity in the country, the regional situation and the Islamic Republic of Iran's might shows that the possibility of launching a war against us from outside is very low and difficult," Rahim Safavi said, addressing a ceremony in the Southern city of Bushehr.
Also, in October, Lieutenant Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Hossein Salami underlined that no foreign enemy ever dares to think of military action against Iran.
"The enemies' dream of using military option against Iran will never come true," General Salami said, addressing a meeting in Isfahan province in Central Iran.
He said Iran has developed advanced weapons and ammunition to respond to the enemies' possible threats.
