Rasa - Russian presidential envoy for Afghanistan said ISIL terror group’s growing military capabilities threaten to pose a more formidable challenge next year if the banned terrorist group is not contained.

RNA - "They continue to mobilize, recruit, to build up their military potential. If this is not put to an end and is not contained, next year we may face an even more formidable force in the face of the ISIL," Zamir Kabulov said, Rossiya Segodnya reported.

 

Zamir Kabulov pointed the finger at the United States, saying that Washington is politically responsible for the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan.

 

"They cut back their presence and did not resolve a single issues and created more problems. They carry political and moral responsibility for what is taking place in Afghanistan now," Zamir Kabulov said.

 

According to the official, Russian troops will not be involved in fighting terrorists in Afghanistan.
