Rasa - The Lebanese and Syrian armies simultaneously targeted the ISIL terrorists in the Qalamoun Mountains, killing a large number of their terrorist combatants that were attempting to illegally cross the border.
RNA - The Lebanese Army began shelling the ISIL militants inside Wadi Al-Hawa, while the Syrian Arab Army monitored the terrorist group’s movements along the Jarod Jarjeer border-crossing, Al Masdar reported.
Not long after the Lebanese Army began their attack, the Syrian Arab Army launched their own assault from Jarjeer, hitting ISIL target within Lebanon’s Beqaa province.
The Syrian Army has since ceased their assault after the ISIL militants pulled away from the border-crossing, however, the Lebanese Army is engaged in heavy combat with the terrorist forces.
