Rasa – The Secretary-General of Harakat al-Nujaba [Movement of the Party of God’s Nobles] Islamic Resistance group held a private meeting with Iran’s Leader’s representative in Supreme National Security Council in Tehran to discuss regional issues.

RNA – Shaykh Akram al-Ka’bi met Sa’id Jalili once arriving in Tehran and prior to his visits with other Iranian officials, including the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ali Larijani, and the Head of National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Parliament, Alaeddin Boroujerdi.

 

In the meeting with Jalili, which was held in private, the two sides conferred on various issues, including the influential role of Iran and the commanders in the Resistance Front under the auspices of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the necessity of national and religious unity in Iraq, the latest developments in Aleppo, the necessary of participation of the Resistance group Popular Mobilization Forces in the decisive operation to liberate Mosul, and the obvious support from the US, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to the terrorists in the region.

 

Shaykh al-Ka’bi further deemed the achievements of the Resistance Front indebted to ideas of Imam Khomeini, and expressed hope that Daesh would be eradicated in Iraq by the success of the operation to liberate Mosul, and efforts would be organized and united in fighting terrorism in Syria.
