Rasa – The Secretary-General of Pakistan’s MWM, Allamah Ja’fari, was admitted to a hospital five days ago due to an ailment originating from his 85-day-long hunger strike, suffering at the hands of the ignorant government.

RNA – The Secretary-General of Pakistan’s Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM), Allamah Rajah Nasir Abbas Ja’fari, was admitted to a hospital five days ago due to an ailment originating from his 85-day-long hunger strike, suffering at the hands of the ignorant government.

 

Allamah Ja’fari already had heart and diabetic condition which aggravated with a two and half month long hunger strike in protest to the atrocities faced by Shi’a nation at the hands of militants and state in Pakistan. His demand to be exact is “rid Pakistan of terrorism.”

 

He was suffering from malnutrition, loss much of weight and kidney infection.

 

New received state, that he has been released from the hospital and shifted to his home, but under observation.

 

MWM spokesman has confirmed that recent meetings with the federal interior ministers Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Punjab government delegations has helped the situation whereby most of MWM’s demands are met and addressed. The few remaining, are being pondered upon and soon a comprehensive result on the said is anticipated.

 

Allamah Ja’fari was under a lot of pressure from all corners to forgo his hunger strike, which he decline unless all demands were met by the government.

 

Recent development has confirmed that the cause of the strike has been attained and a congregation of MWM elites is anticipated to discuss the fate of the hunger strike.
