Rasa News Agency – Evo Morales The president of Bolivia statement about the resignation of PopeBenedict the 16th waswidely covered in Bolivia’smedia channels and gave a new angle towards the events that have been happening in the Catholic Church.
The Bolivian media released that the President of Bolivia rejected the resignation of Pope Benedict the 16th  because of old age and said: “His resignation was due to internal problems like rape, corruption and internal division within the Catholic Church.”
Inanother part ofhisspeech he hailed the Pope’s politics to promoting peace and fighting against inequality in the world.
Morales also criticized the church politics, due to the church always showing a negative reaction towards the indigenous movements in their country.
