RNA – In an exclusive interview with Rasa News Agency, a revolutionary student in Indian-occupied Kashmir said that a rally was held in Kargil, Jammu and Kashmir under the banner of the Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust to protest the visit of Muhammad ibn Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, to India.
“The rally started after noon prayers from Markazi Jamia Masjid in Kargil, Ladakh to different places of the city via Khomeini Chowk and Islamia School Chowk and concluded at Lal Chowk,” he said.
He said that the Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust in Kargil strongly condemned the rhetoric of Adil al-Jabir, the former Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the false propaganda spread by Pakistan calling the Islamic Republic of Iran as a sponsor of terrorism.
“Even though Saudi Arabia directly funds Daesh, Jaysh Muhammad and many other terror outfits to spread terrorism, we call on the government of India to be extra cautious in dealing with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia whose human right record is the worst. It has no human values and they even brutally killed their own senior journalist, Jamal Khashoqji,” the Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust stated at the rally.
“ibn Salman must be asked to end his war against the innocent people of Yemen, which has most killed women and children,” Rasa News Agency’s correspondent added.
He told Rasa News Agency that speakers at the rally strongly condemned ibn Salman’s visit to India and reminded Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, that the main sponsor of the Jaysh Muhammad terrorist group is Saudi Arabia. This terrorist group brutally killed around more than forty Indian army personal at Pulwama, Kashmir on February 14, 2019.
He said, “Slogans shouted by the protesters included ‘Down with America,’ ‘Down with Israel,’ Down with Al Saud’ and ‘Go Back ibn Salman.’”
