Rasa – An English Defence League protest is set to take place outside Luton Islamic Centre on New Year’s Eve.
The protest was announced on the group’s Facebook and Twitter pages this morning.
They will be protesting a three day conference held at the centre which will feature a number of Islamic scholars speaking.
This comes after a recent march by the group on November 22, where 500 members of the group took to the streets which resulted in six arrests.
As of yet it is unknown whether a counter demonstration will be held on New Year’s Eve.
