RNA – In his Friday prayer sermon delivered to a large and fervent crowd of believers at Qom’s Qods Prayer Hall, Ayatollah Sayyed Hashem Hoseyni-Bushehri explained that through various plots, Iran’s enemies are engaging in a cultural invasion against the country and one of the characteristics of this cultural invasion is that people do not sense it easily.
The member of the Assembly of Experts said that in a military invasion, lives are targeted but in a cultural invasion, the human mind, heart and sensitivities are targeted.
“We must take care and precision so as not to allow a cultural invasion as it is accomplished gradually. The authorities of cultural and religious organizations must mobilize and confront such an invasion,” he said.
Ayatollah Hoseyni-Bushehri said the Americans have continuously sought to obstruct and sabotage Iran’s achievements and added that the effects of Ayatollah Khamenei’s statement ‘we do not trust the Americans’ may be hard for some to understand but as time passes, the proof of the Americans’ treason and sabotage increases and it is unclear how long this will continue.
He said that one day the Americans ferment Islamophobia and Iranophobia and on another day, Iran is called a dangerous country at a global level, and on yet another day, they accuse Iran of supporting terrorism and violating human rights.
"Americans, in broad daylight, they confiscated at least $2 billion in Iranian assets. What conditions are these that the law of the jungle reigns supreme?!”
Ayatollah Hoseyn-Bushehri said the Iranian nation will stand firm against the American plots and added that the people expect all three branches of government to stand up to the Americans’ blatant aggression and plundering until they acknowledge the rights of the Iranian nation.
