Rasa - At a time when the United Nations thinks killing children is bad, unless you are Saudi Arabia, rich and bombing Yemen, it shouldn't come as surprise to hear that Israel, one of the biggest violators of human rights in the world, has equally won UN’s silence in firing live ammunition and tear gas at Palestinian protesters in broad daylight and in great violation of International Law and the UN Charter.

Rasa - At a time when Israel continues to kill and maim Palestinian protesters along the Gaza border, for some Arab regimes it’s still business as usual with Tel Aviv.

Rasa - The United Nations Security Council failed to ratify a resolution introduced by Russia to condemn the recent US-led raids at Syria. The next best thing the Security Council could do is to ensure US President Donald Trump wouldn’t get a blank check from the UN to go to war with Syria virtually on any pretext.

Rasa - The United States, in cooperation with France and Britain, carried out a series of predawn air strikes on Saturday in Syria in response to what they claimed was a chemical weapons attack this month in the rebel-held Damascus suburb of Douma.

Rasa - On Saturday, the United Nations Security Council failed to adopt Russia’s draft resolution condemning the recent joint airstrikes by the US, Britain and France on Syria, which came following an alleged chemical weapons attack on Douma.

Rasa - Whether the United States and company want to forget something they are not proud of, in this case the failed regime-change war on Syria, or embellish it and blame and accuse somebody else, in this case Syrian government allegedly bombing its own people with purported chemical weapons, it should be clear by now that the warmongers are desperate to save face by not owning up to their shortcomings, frustration and humiliation in the seven-year conflict.
