Rasa - Anyone who supports terrorism, anyone who sees terrorism as a legitimate means, anyone who uses terrorism to cause the death of innocent people is a terrorist in the eyes of the international civil society.

Rasa - The United Nations is trying, so far in vain, to come up with a common policy with regard to its relevance when it comes to international justice, peace and security.

Rasa - The annual “Children and Armed Conflict” report from the United Nations is telling us what we already knew, that Saudi Arabia and its allies are unsurprisingly behind the overwhelming majority of children killed in the war.

Rasa - The United States must dedicate itself to responding to - and preventing – regional crises, particularly the one in Syria rather than continuing its current path of war and occupation.

Rasa - North Korea's Kim Jong-un must have watched closely how Trump dismantled the Iran nuclear deal, and now the question is if that experience has left any impact on the Korean leader's mindset on a deal with the United States.

Rasa - It is true that US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to allow immigrant families found crossing the border illegally to remain together in detention. But it is also true that the executive order doesn’t guarantee that separated families will ever be united permanently.

Rasa - Saudi Arabia, a nation that continues year after year to spend more money on its military adventure in Yemen than on programs of social uplift at home is approaching spiritual doom. Any doubters should ask Amnesty International.

Rasa - After voiding so many international agreements and treaties, it’s not really surprising that the United States is now withdrawing from the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC). The reason: “The body is too often critical of Israel’s human rights record”!

Rasa - As the US-backed, Saudi-led fighting in Yemen’s port city of Hodeidah continues, the United Arab Emirates, another party to the conflict, is desperate to amend existing international laws to create some kind of legitimacy for its involvement in the indiscriminate campaign.

Rasa - As if US and UK forces were not enough, now French special forces are also helping the Saudis and Emiratis to destroy as many lives as possible in the besieged port city of Hodeidah in Yemen.
