Will you Die Before you Die?

Brother Khalil Jafar explains the concept of “dying” before actual death touches us. The only real thing which is certain about life is that it will one day end; and every soul will inevitably taste of death. The main purpose of Islam is to reform the human being. Allah has created us with both the tabiah (animalistic nature) and the fitrah (divine nature) in order to test which of us will remain in the superficial shell of our animalistic selves and who will transcend in order to transform into something greater.
