Hojjat al-Islam Abbasi:
President of al-Mustafa International University said, "One of the intellectual bases of the new Western civilization is to restricting the religion to the private life and emphasizing on this point that the religion cannot manage the society, therefore, any discourse challenging these bases will not be tolerable for them."

RNA - “The Islamic Revolution has been beyond the borders and geography”, hojjat al-Islam Ali Abbasi, president of the al-Mustafa International University said at the graduation ceremony of the Imam Khomeini Specialized University, and added, “That the Islamic Revolution has an international look.”

“The greatest achievement of the Islamic Revolution is the training of resilient, motivated and committed people who believe in the ideals and principles of the revolution, which are in fact the ideals of genuine Islam, and lead a discourse in the world which could be the basis for the formation of a new civilization,” president of the al-Mustafa International University said.

“One of the obvious (intellectual) bases of the new civilization (in the West) is to restrict religion to private life and emphasizing on this point that the religion cannot manage the society and that the religion is not able to have any achievement in development of a society”, hojjat al-Islam Ali Abbasi said and added, “Therefore, any discourse challenging these bases will not be tolerable for them (in the West).”

“Today, the Islamic Revolution, more powerful than ever, can show significant achievements to humanity”, president of the al-Mustafa International University pointed out and added, “One of the important objectives of the Takfiri-Wahhabi terrorist groups was to confront and control the Islamic revolution, but these groups were defeated (by the Resistance Front comprising Iran, Hezbollah and their allies).”

“Among these pressures, the bottlenecks and hardships, the Islamic Revolution achieved important gains”, hojjat al-Islam Abbasi added, “There were a misconception that religion is incompatible with scientific achievements, but according to the world's most acclaimed scientific centers, in recent years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has reached one of the highest growth rate for scientific achievements and reached the 16th place in the world.”

“Before the Islamic Revolution, Iran had invited Physicians from neighboring countries for simple treatments, but today the sophisticated surgeries carried out in the country and we have gained the fifth rank in the field of stem cells and the fourth rank in nanotechnology studies”, hojjat al-Islam Abbasi pointed out.

“Al-Mustafa International University is one of the blessings of the Islamic Revolution in Iran”, Abbasi said, “Although there is some shortcomings and deficiencies, the University with a civilizational view, is representative of a discourse (Islamic discourse) which, has been recognized in the world.”
