RNA – In an exclusive interview with Rasa News Agency, Hujjat al-Islam Mojtaba Zonnour, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, referred to the effectiveness of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and said, “Those who speak of the ineffectiveness of the system don’t have the knowledge or awareness and only make inappropriate and false statements.”
The member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly continued, “In the forty years since the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been able to make difficult and impossible work possible despite all the severe sanctions.”
Hujjat al-Islam Zonnour stated that the ineptness some aristocratic and comfort-seeking officials must not be written down as a reason for the ineffectiveness of Iran’s Islamic system of government and said, “The problems that exist in the country are due to the fact that some managers and officials have individual thoughts and suffer from intellectual and cultural degeneration and don’t have the perseverance necessary to advance the objectives of the Islamic Revolution.”
His Eminence noted that if a problem is observed in society today, it is due to the fact that some officials haven’t paid attention to the “Vision 1404 Document” and haven’t implemented the existing measures.
Referring to the necessity of making the Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress document flourish, he said, “The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei], with the announcement of the public call, placed this document in the opinion of the elite and the experts, and no doubt, if anyone has an opinion in this regard, that opinion will be affected by the completion of the Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress document.”
Hujjat al-Islam Zonnour said that the elites and experts of the society must advance in order to complete the Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress, “We hope that the elites and experts will send their expert and qualified opinions in this regard and assist as much as they can in order that this document succeeds.”
