Rasa - The Syrian army continued its advances in Hama, and captured more strategic regions in the province.
Syria

RNA - The army units drove the Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board) terrorists out of key areas and their surrounding areas in Northeastern Hama province.

 

The Syrian troops inflicted heavy losses on the terrorists in fierce clashes over controlling of strategic regions. They also destroyed military equipment of the terrorists.

 

The Syrian army also continued its advances in other key provinces across Syria.

 

Hama

 

The Syrian Army troops stormed the strongholds of the Al-Nusra Front in Northeastern Hama on Monday and captured two more regions en route to Idlib province.

 

The army men pushed Al-Nusra back from Zabawi and al-Zaferiyeh regions Northwest of the small town of al-Rabdah in Northeastern Hama, inching closer towards terrorists' positions in Southern Idlib.

 

A field sources reported on Sunday that the army troops fended off a heavy offensive of a group of terrorists in Southern Hama, adding that the country's Air Force hit the positions of the Al-Nusra Front in the Northeastern part of the province.

 

The sources said that the army men engaged in fierce clashes with terrorists of Ajnad al-Sham Islamic Union deployed in the village of Aqrab and repelled their attack on government forces' positions in the village of al-Ta'ouneh in Southern Hama, inflicting major losses on the militants.

 

The sources went on to say that the army aircraft bombed heavily the strongholds and movements of Al-Nusra in the villages of al-Rahjan, Um Mayaleh and al-Shakasiyeh, killing a large number of terrorists and destroying their equipment in large scale.

 

Damascus

 

The Syrian Army men drove the Al-Nusra Front out of more positions in Southwestern Damascus and gained military control over the terrorists' main supply line in region on Monday.

 

The army men engaged in fierce clashes with Al-Nusra and other terrorists from Ahrar al-Harmoun group East of Bardaya hills and North of the small town of al-Mughur al-Mir and managed to push Al-Nusra back from more position, seizing military control over the entire roads connecting al-Mughur al-Mir and Beit Jinn Farm.

 

The army soldiers have laid siege on Al-Nusra from the three flanks of al-Mughur al-Mir, al-Zahr al-Aswad and Tal (hill) Mravan, trying hard to complete the siege, field sources said.

 

The sources went on to say that Commander of Ahrar al-Harmoun Ayman Kamal nom de guerre Moro who had direct links to the officers of al-Joulani Brigade affiliated to Israeli army was killed in the army attacks.

 

Homs

 

The Syrian Army troops backed up by the country's Air Force attacked ISIL's strongholds in Eastern and Southeastern Homs on Monday, inflicting major losses on the terrorists.

 

The army men engaged in a tough battle with ISIL in the Southern direction of Humeimeh region in Southeastern Homs.

 

Also, the army aircraft bombed heavily ISIL's positions in Humeimeh region and near al-Sukhnah Badiyeh (desert), killing and wounding a number of terrorists and destroying their military equipment.

 

In the meantime, terrorist groups violated the de-escalation zone agreement and pounded the positions of the army close to the towns of Tir Ma'ala and al-Qantou.

 

The army's artillery units, meantime, retaliated the violation of ceasefire and targeted terrorists' positions in the region, killing and wounding a number of militants.

 

Deir Ezzur

 

The Syrian Army continued to hit ISIL's positions hard in Southeastern Deir Ezzur and managed to capture several regions on Monday.

 

The army units drove the ISIL out of Ajramah, Wadi al-Waroud, Ma'an al-Sabkhah and al-Shamar al-Layeh regions after taking control over al-Salehiyeh Albu Kamal region.

 

In the meantime, a field source said that the army has advanced from the Southern and Eastern directions in al-Salehiyeh Albu Kamal region and imposed control over vast regions, including several oilfields and strategic hills up to Wadi al-Waroud.
