RNA – Speaking at a provincial council meeting in Shahrekord, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad-Ali Nekounam, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei] in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province emphasized that serving the people should be a source of pride for the country’s officials and added, “Today, all praise be to God, the arena of service is open to the people and the officials must appreciate these opportunities and use them in the development of the province.”
The Friday prayer leader of Shahrekord pointed out that serving the people is a divine favour that we should be grateful for and said, “Certainly, comprehensive planning and thinking about the necessary measures is considered as providing an honest and ever-increasing service to the people which must be put on the agenda.”
He stated that the opportunity to serve the people is limited and transitory and noted, “Officials must know that the era of service to the people is not everlasting and the time will soon pass and these are the people of the future who will be judged by their actions. We must be careful so we won’t be ashamed in front of the people on the Day of Judgement.”
Hujjat al-Islam Nekounam considered it necessary to serve the people in the Islamic system and consider its blessings, stated, “Certainly, the more the sphere of the services of the officials of the Islamic system are opened for the people, they will be more satisfied and this will accompany the stability of the bases of the Islamic system.”
Ayatollah Khamenei’s representative in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province referred to the deprivation in the southwestern Iranian province and said, “In the shadow of empathy, unity, jihadi work and proper planning by the provincial officials, this deprivation will be removed and the province will reach its true status.”
He emphasized that managers should pursue high-quality and essential work in the province and said, “The system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a system which is based on Wilayat al-Faqih [Guardianship of the Jurisprudent] which means it is under the guardianship of God. Therefore, the guardianship of the party, groups and factions do not matter. We must be careful that our work is only for God and for the satisfaction of God.”
Hujjat al-Islam Nekounam referred to the proud victories of the Islamic Resistance Front in the battle against Daesh Takfiri terrorists and said, “These victories are from God Almighty, which at this moment has placed joy in the hearts of the people and caused the arrogant powers of the world to bow down due to the resistance of the warriors of Islam once again.”
He referred to the unmatched role of unity between Islamic countries in the destruction of Daesh and stated, “Daesh was seeking to destroy Islam and eradicate the Shi’ahs, which was destroyed by the will of God. We should congratulate the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution on this great victory because this great success is due to the guidelines of this pious scholar.”
